1. To foster the Blessings of Liberty in all countries, by providing political science education and training for social, cultural, religious, and political activists, and future democratic leaders of these states, in the ideology, principles, and values of Liberal-Democracy.

2. To unite all Liberal, and Progressive organizations in an Alliance to defend American Liberal-Democracy throughout the world and elect representatives to the Government offices that represent those values.

The Alliance shall pursue a comprehensive non-partisan and non-profit Continuing Education and Training Program intended to spread the philosophies of the Enlightenment, Rationalism and the Age of Reason, which are the historical fundamentals and foundation -- Heritage of New World Liberal-Democracy. During the three hundred years since the Age of Reason and the Enlightenment; The Liberty, Freedom, and Social Justice of people in many countries and regions have suffered major attacks from Extreme, Radical, Conservative, Authoritarian and Totalitarian ideologies of government. These attacks have always relied on false characterizations of the principles of Liberal Democracy, false Populism, and blatant appeals to fear, prejudice, and religious bigotry. The threats to Liberty have never ceased, and it is urgently necessary to equip the defenders of Liberal-Democracies of the future, with the philosophical and ideological fundamentals of the greatest system of government yet devised by man.
